Mark Raratto is the main protagonist and the player 1 pilot in 19XX: The War Against Destiny.
Story[]
Mark Raratto is an american young but skilled ace pilot, much like his older brother, and a friendly rival to George Hamill, another ace pilot. The two would be recruited by the World Peacekeeping Agency to fight the Outer Limits terrorist organization and stop their plans of world domination. Mark would later learn that his brother has joined Outer Limits and is now one of their top enforcers, being forced to face him in combat.
