Outer Limits is a fictional organization, acting as the villainous force in 19XX: The War Against Destiny.
Story[]
Outer Limits is a terrorist organization which works behind the scenes, being involved in various illegal dealings and instigating regional conflicts around the world. The organization has created an evil scheme for world domination: they are developing a powerful doomsday weapon, and are now blackmailing the world's governments to submit to them, threatening to use their weapons if their demands aren't accomplished.
The organization possess bases all over the world, allowing them to easily spread their influence. Their most powerful weapons are stored on their central base, located on a large carrier ship on the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Africa. They have a large arsenal under their disposal, including tanks, aircrafts, sea vessels and other mechanized weapons. It is unknown if the organization have a central leader.
