The Sakichi is a secret item from 1943: The Battle of Midway and 1943 Kai: Midway Kaisen. It is represented by a yellow star icon.
Unlike other items, which are found by shooting plane formations or specific parts of the scenery, the Sakichi is brought over by an unsuspecting enemy plane coming from the bottom right of the screen and slowly moving upwards. If said plane is shot down, it will spin for a while before exploding and releasing the Sakichi. Collecting it will fully restore the player's fuel gauge and the ammunition of the currently equipped weapon, as well as granting a small point bonus.
